As I showed you in the last two posts, wallpaper can be a handy craft supply. I made ornaments and now I'm using it for one of my favourite things. Wrapping gifts! I love to wrap presents especially using the unexpected items we find around the house. Like fabric, tea towels, lunch bags or tins. You would be surprised what you can use. Also keep a supply of scrap ribbons and string. Pom poms, bows and stickers. Even the smallest pieces can add a touch of colour and sparkle. Take a look at some of my gifts this year. . . . . . . . . .
Wallpaper gift collection
Cookie tin recycle and re-use
Brown lunch bags with paper doilies and string.
Old maps, fabric strips, string and mailing labels.
Kraft/parcel paper with simple dot stickers and ribbon.
So this year instead of buying generic gift wrap why not try something else. Be creative and think outside the gift "box"?
